Additionally, it will help you understand the 8 limbs of yoga, as well as how to apply yoga to your everyday life. At the end of the series, we'll teach you a simple Yoga sequence that you can use everyday

This class is a moving meditation designed to make you sweat and feel bliss. It draws from level 1 to level 2 poses, and strings them together to create sequences that help you build stamina, balance, and strength. It is invigorating, but will leave you with a sense of peace and calm.
This is a powerful sequence that builds a lot of heat. Intermediate to established practitioners will have the opportunity to challenge their strength through arm balances, inversions, and advanced pranayama (breathing exercises). This class will take you to your edge as you focus on keeping your core engaged and mind centered.
This is the perfect treat to the end of your day. Gentle poses will be held for 10-15 mins while you are propped up with bolsters, blocks, and walls for the deepest relaxation. This class is an hour and 15 mins.

This is the tradition 26 pose sequence established by Bikram. Temperature is set at 103 degrees. It is very detoxifying and revitalizing for the body. ( 50 min)
In this class poses are held for 1-3 mins to reach the maximum potential for stretch and surrender. Very relaxing, and very beneficial to the body.
